NRI buys residential and multi-family distress properties “AS – IS”, no matter what reason or what condition the property is in, whether the property is owner-occupied, rented out or vacant.
This can save the owner tens of thousands of dollars from the expense of preparing or repairing or paying closing costs on their property for sale.
Properties are submitted through our submission portal using your own logins which allows NRI Realtor partners to track their submissions to closing from your submission to NRI, closing generally takes 30 days.
NRI considers distress properties to be any residential or small multi – family property selling at a significant discount that meets our criteria due to rehab requirements or motivated homeowner challenges.
NRI’s acquisition does include our ability to secure one of our hundreds of nationwide retail partners for the submitted property.
NRI is also a nationwide real estate and business finance broker utilizing our sourced funds to effect our all cash purchases.
These funds are sold to Wall Street Investment Companies and are collateralized by their properties, securitized and marked by Investment Companies and REITs, are in high demand due to a stable US residential real estate market and their substantial return on investments. What this means for NRI Realtor partners, is the ability to submit to NRI as many properties as you can discover that meet NRI’s criteria.
NRI also pays Realtors a fee of 10% of NRI’s net profit on any commercial real estate or business closed loans referred by a Realtor partner.
